Highcraft have a range of highly skilled specialist staff working for them and so the quality of the work they do is of an exceptionally high standard. Their prices are nevertheless very competitive. Overall they provide a very well-finished and value for money service.

They have done both an extensive kitchen refurbishment and bathroom renovation for us. It was really helpful that they had a whole team of specialists as this meant they could take charge of the entire job, without us having to coordinate work on the different aspects of each project.

Perhaps most helpful of all is their flexible and customer-focussed approach. Inevitably the brief sometimes changes as the work proceeds. Highcraft make excellent partners in these situations. Their work is exacting but they also have a relaxed and realistic approach to getting the job finished – and seem to put high value on customer satisfaction as their key performance indicator.

They make a point of continually conferring with the customer to ensure the work is on course and any changes to he brief are properly agreed. They are proficient at ensuring staff are available and on site at the right time and so therefore stick to agreed timescales and complete work to target.
