Bill’s: Westfield, Stratford
A full restaurant fit-out delivered from shell unit to opening in one of London’s busiest shopping centres.
The project
We were appointed as main contractor for our largest collaboration with Bill’s to date – a brand new restaurant in Westfield Stratford City, one of the UK’s busiest shopping centres. Starting with an empty shell unit, the project required detailed planning and careful coordination to deliver a space that reflects Bill’s distinctive style while introducing a refined feel suited to a larger venue.
What we did
We carried out a full restaurant fit-out from the ground up, including a bespoke bar, a fully fitted commercial kitchen, and all plumbing and electrical installations. Design features included custom planters for the outdoor dining area and striking suspended planters within the main dining space. Working within a busy shopping centre environment required careful management of logistics, security and access, as well as coordinating a team of specialist trades to deliver the project to a high standard.
The result
The completed restaurant is a vibrant, welcoming space that captures Bill’s character while making the most of its prominent location at Westfield Stratford. Delivered to a tight opening deadline, the project has received excellent feedback from both the client and their customers.
Why it matters
As our largest restaurant project to date, this build demonstrates our ability to deliver complex hospitality fit-outs in high-profile locations. Through detailed planning, strong collaboration and high-quality delivery, we helped bring Bill’s vision to life in one of London’s most prominent retail destinations.
