St Anne’s Road – Home Refurbishment

Full house refurbishment blending modern upgrades with heritage restoration and standout joinery.

The Project

HighCraft took on an ambitious full home refurbishment project, tasked with revitalizing a beautiful property to celebrate its character and enhance its functionality. The brief included a sleek new kitchen installation, restoring the home’s charm, and creating bespoke features such as an Iroko wood gate. Our goal? To seamlessly blend modern upgrades with timeless elegance.

What We Did

Bringing the client’s vision to life meant focusing on both restoration and innovation. Original features like ornate cornices and wooden detailing were thoughtfully rejuvenated to honour the home’s heritage. The kitchen was designed and installed to serve as a contemporary centrepiece, combining style and functionality for everyday living.

One standout feature was the bespoke Iroko wood gate, handcrafted to provide a beautiful first impression. Paired with expertly refurbished ironmongery. Every aspect of the refurbishment was handled with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the property’s character remained intact while adding modern practicality.

The Result

The property has been completely transformed into a home that radiates charm and functionality. Restored heritage features breathe life into the space, while the bespoke gate and modern kitchen add a layer of luxury. The thoughtful updates not only honour the home’s history but also provide a stylish, practical environment for its owners.

Why It Matters

This project exemplifies the power of combining restoration with innovation. It highlights our commitment to preserving a property’s legacy while seamlessly integrating contemporary features. By focusing on quality and detail, we delivered a standout home that’s ready to be loved for generations. We’re proud to have been part of this special transformation.
